With unobstructed views of the mountains and high-end facilities, Cluzel Alpine Loft promises you a relaxing and refreshing stay in the Alps.
The apartment is 2.5km from the centre of La Clusaz, a traditional and popular village in the Alps with a good choice of shops, cafés, and restaurants. The Monday market is a great place to try local produce, such as cheeses and charcuterie.
Cluzel Alpine Loft is on a quiet residential road just 150m from the shuttle bus stop, giving guests easy access to the ski areas of La Balme and Les Confins. In summer, these areas are popular for hiking and mountain biking, but there are plenty of other activities to enjoy with the family.
After a day of mountain adventures, you can relax in the hot tub while you enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking alpine views.
About the property…
Cluzel Alpine Loft is a spacious apartment occupying the entire first floor of a chalet on the outskirts of La Clusaz. Up to eight guests can be accommodated in four bedrooms.
There’s room for everyone to get together in the large open-plan living area. The well-equipped counter has an island where you can enjoy a coffee and a chat, and there are two separate seating areas – one with a TV and the other with a fireplace. And when it’s time to eat, there is room for everyone around the large dining table.
The living room opens onto two south-facing balconies, one with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, the other with a hot tub and chairs where you can relax and admire the Aravis mountains.
Three of the four bedrooms at Cluzel Alpine Loft have double beds that can also be converted into twin beds, according to your needs. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. They are served by a shower room, a bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and two separate toilets.
Although the capacity of the apartment is limited to eight, it’s worth noting that one of the sofas in the living room easily converts into a double bed, offering more sleeping flexibility.
A laundry area in the apartment has a washing machine and dryer. There is a ski locker in the entrance to the building, as well as two covered garage spaces. Four more cars can be parked outside.
About the area…
Just an hour's drive from Geneva Airport, La Clusaz is an ideal destination all year round.
The village is part of the Aravis ski area, which offers 220km of excellent slopes for all levels and 95 ski lifts. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will find ideal terrain on the Confins and Beauregard plateaus.
And when you’re not skiing or snowboarding, there are plenty of other activities: try snowshoeing, sledding, skating or sleigh rides for example.
Outside the ski season, walkers can try a variety of routes, from mountain trails to long hikes on the Glières plateau. If you prefer cycling, the chalet overlooks the Tour de France route that passes through Manigod on its way to La Clusaz. Some ski lifts operate during the summer, taking you and your bike to the top of the mountain bike trails.
Adrenaline junkies can try their hand at paragliding, canyoning, rock climbing, or rafting.
Don’t miss the beautiful medieval town of Annecy, just a 30-minute drive away. Its lake, considered the cleanest in Europe, is ideal for swimming, water sports, and sailing, or you could just enjoy a meal at a beachside restaurant.

Our adventure began in northern Isère, in an old 18th-century farmhouse that belonged to our grandfather.

“A great experience”
The location is ideal: about a 20-minute walk from the village centre, seven minutes by car. There is also a shuttle bus stop nearby, so everyone can get around independently. The apartment is spacious and has just undergone a beautiful renovation, with two separate sleeping areas connected by a lovely living room. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and offers a wide range of high-quality amenities. We particularly appreciated the outdoor spaces with two perfectly exposed terraces and a jacuzzi. Exceptional views from both terraces. Peace and quiet guaranteed. Secure and easily accessible garage, and outdoor parking spaces.
